I made these graphics in Paint Shop Pro 7.04, using such plug-ins as Super Blade Pro, Ulead Art Texture, Eye Candy 4000, Almathera "Puddle" effect, Jasc Animation Shop, Sinedots I & II, etc., and with various tutorials found on the Net .... I will be adding more of my creations as I work with different tutorials .... Hope you enjoy !
